Not only does Ryan have a beautiful soul but she has such an amazing passion for making your wedding absolutely perfect. We had been working with Ryan since 2019 for a 2020 wedding, then covid hit. Ryan made planning a wedding absolutely stress free during probably one of the most stressful times to do so. We ended up postponing until 2021 and all the while Ryan kept us in high spirits that we would still have a beautiful wedding. Her vision for our special day was absolutely magical! We were so excited when she presented her ideas to us. She took special care that any of our personal details were included and they flowed beautifully. Also who else makes setting up a wedding fun?! From what I heard from her team they had an incredible amount of fun putting together everything for the reception. She truly made every aspect of our wedding day wonderful. Neither my husband or I were stressed about any part of the day. I couldn’t ask for a greater gift than to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest, and Ryan delivered that 100%.

We found Ryan on The Knot and are so grateful we did! We hired her for the entire process and could not have been happier with the result. Not being from San Diego ourselves, Ryan was extremely helpful in finding the best vendors for us within our price range. It ended up being a two year process due to the wait time for the venue we chose, but that never fazed Ryan. She was always quick to respond to our messages in a kind and professional manner, answering our seemingly never-ending questions with her never-ending patience. Ryan’s spreadsheets and payment reminders were also incredibly helpful to staying organized and on top of everything. Ryan has an in-depth knowledge of the wedding industry and provided us with a multitude of creative ideas while still keeping our vision in mind. While we had a general idea of what we wanted, Ryan really helped fine tune it and turn our dream into reality. It ended up being even more spectacular than we could have ever imagined! Ryan thought of all the little details to pull the whole event together into a gorgeous, tropical paradise. On the wedding day, all we had to do was enjoy! Ryan took care of everything from coordinating with other vendors to arranging seats and decor. She scheduled our wedding day so we could have fun without feeling rushed — we actually had time to eat and enjoy cocktail hour with our guests! It was the perfect day and we can’t thank Ryan enough for ensuring we had the best of the best. (:

Ryan was a lifesaver during our entire wedding planning process! We were debating having Ryan as our day of wedding planner, but we decided to use her full time planning skills, and thank goodness we did! Not only did she introduce us to the most amazing vendors, she was organized, helpful and always available especially as we dealt with the stress of pushing our wedding back a year due to Covid-19. Our timeline was extended by a year, and she was there with us every step of the way. Ryan went above and beyond to help us bring our wedding vision to life! Her creative ideas and eye for design made our wedding everything we hoped it would be and more. I can’t overstate how thankful we are for Ryan! I highly recommend using her planning expertise for your wedding. She will make all of your dreams come true.

I had so many friends and family tell me about how flawless our wedding day went and all of the credit goes to Ryan. She was so calm and helpful and had so many answers to questions and situations we didn’t even consider! She even took up parts of our wedding planning that was not in her contract to help us save money. Trust me, if there is one area of your wedding you truly want to invest your money into, hiring Ryan as your wedding planner is the best decision you’ll make.

Her calm demeanor and organization made us feel at ease and thankful to have her as our day-of coordinator! Ryan worked with us on a price that worked for our budget, which we were so grateful for. We did most of the planning, and only needed Ryan for day-of coordination, but she still met with us twice before the big day, including a trip out to our venue for a site visit. She ran our rehearsal and even picked up decor that needed to go to the venue the night before. If you are unsure of whether you should get a coordinator, let me tell you, get one!

Ryan made our wedding perfect. She decorated our reception venue beautifully, guided our ceremony and reception seamlessly, and made sure every issue was taken care of before I was aware there was an issue. So many of our guests said they loved our decor, the flow of our wedding, and the overall relaxed feeling. We would not have accomplished any of those things without Ryan. Ryan is truly the best and we could not have been happier with the way our wedding turned out. Not only will she make your wedding visions come true, she will be a caring friend throughout the process.

Ryan was absolutely amazing and made our wedding day perfect and stress-free! During the planning process, she would immediately respond to my panic texts and emails and made me feel instantly better. She is very generous and volunteered to stay at our reception past the time we contracted her for because our venue required it. We had tight timelines for photography/transportation that she executed flawlessly! Everything about the way she runs her business is professional and catered to each couple. She cared about every detail of our wedding and made the day absolutely PERFECT! My husband and myself have nothing but the best to say about Ryan and the incredible work she did on our wedding!

She answered every email and text promptly. Each response was always positive, clam, informative, and full of reassurance that all things would be taken care of . Her in-person presence was the same calm, collective and present. She will take care of every question or concern you may have with ease. She is there for you when you need to occasionally vent about your worries, but again, her responses are so genuine and perfect you’ll wonder why you ever thought your issue was a concern. She’s that good, you’ll see.

We had an incredible experience working with Ryan to plan our wedding. Ryan is professional, personable, and hard-working; she is very detail oriented and keeps vendors on track. She also has a wealth of knowledge and information about best practices for planning a wedding of any size, which helped us immensely. Perhaps most importantly, she genuinely cares, is available and flexible, and puts the bride and groom’s needs first. Highly recommended.
