PARTIAL PLANNING

This service is for the couple interested in more than Day-of and Month-of Planning, but already have their venue and some vendors chosen.  We offer this package since not all couples are starting from the beginning and if you already have contracts set there is less of an opportunity to help you save money (vs. the Planning and Design service which would start from the beginning of planning).  If you already have many of your vendors chosen, this service will cover everything you need to successfully wrap up all the final details and ensure vendors are well informed for a seamless orchestration of the event on the wedding day.

Once we start working together, you’ll have unlimited email access with Ryan, and access to our fantastic Aisle Planner software, with a fully customized checklist to help guide you every step of the way.  In the final months, we’ll be the point person for all of your vendors, update your proposals for final headcount, confirm arrival and departure times for all vendors, and manage the timeline from setup to cleanup.

WEDDING PLANNING + DESIGN

With our Wedding Planning + Design, we will be with you throughout the entire planning process from beginning to end.  Planning will start once the contract is signed with a personalized account in our fabulous Aisle Planner software.  This software includes a full checklist, a design studio to communicate inspiration and venue layouts, contracts and payment schedules with all of your vendors, and possibly most convenient…text message communication with Ryan, exclusive accessibility with this service (in addition to unlimited email).

This service includes additional design meetings and a complete styling board for each space and design concept of your event.  So you can confidently visualize the overall aesthetic before the big day.

We will assist you with anything you need, from vendor matchmaking to stationary guidance, reviewing contracts and overall event design.  We love it all!
